- There is no smoking anywhere at the property, and this also includes Vaping.
- Sorry, we have no disabled access as living room is upstairs
- No parties or gatherings of more than the total amount of guests plus 4.

- Property to be left clean and tidy, and bedding stripped and ready to collect

This is a whole property rental and is subject to a returnable security deposit (cash / card) subject to no losses or damages being agreed.
The rate of the security deposit is currently €300 cash (£250 card payment) but any claim for losses or damage could easily exceed this amount.
To reserve you pay 40% of the whole price in advance, which is only returnable, if you cancel a minimum of 28 days before date of arrival (it is refundable if we cancel the booking)
